Thanks for your purchase of Source Connect from ERS!

Here's what happens next!

If you already have your iLok account setup, all you need to do now is log into iLok.com and add the Source Connect license to your iLok USB Key.  We'll send you an email notification when the license reaches your iLok account.

You must have an iLok USB key to run Source Connect.  Guitar Center, Sam Ash, and other music stores carry them, or just order one from iLok.com.

Here are helfpul tutorial videos for installing and using Source Connect

COOL TIP!  You can test your connection anytime on your own.  Just log in with Source Connect and look at the available connections.  If you see one that says "Echo", and it isn't currently busy, just connect with that account.  You'll immediately know if everything is working when you hear yourself looping back when you speak.  If you don't hear yourself, that means any of the following:

1-  Your mic isn't working- check your P48V switch on the mic interface (make sure you can hear your mic in your headphones)

2-  There is a firewall at your location blocking the incoming audio signal from the Echo server at Source Elements.  If you are running Source Connect Pro, change ports and reconnect.  SC Standard users, ask the network admin/IT dept/home owner to put your computer's IP address on the DMZ.

3-  If you are not using Source Elements Desktop, the routing in your recording session isn't set properly.
